Enterprise Oxfordshire: Procurement of communications support contract

Enterprise Oxfordshire is delighted to announce an opportunity for a retained communications agency to partner with our organisation through to 31 March 2027 (with the possibility of a further one-year extension – budget dependent).

Through this opportunity, the procured agency will build high-profile, high-quality and measurable campaigns that make significant impacts regarding the work and delivery of Enterprise Oxfordshire.

We aim to have commissioned this project to a preferred agency by Friday 7 August 2026 with interested agencies submitting tender response documents by Monday 6 July 2026 (5pm).

Key dates are as follows:

• 10 June – tender document launched on the Enterprise Oxfordshire and Find a Tender websites, and publicised accordingly.
• 25 June (12 noon) – last opportunity to register questions relating to the tender with Enterprise Oxfordshire.
• 29 June (5pm) – a final updated set of FAQs will be updated and posted to the Enterprise Oxfordshire website.
• 6 July (5pm) – closing date for all tender responses.
• 16 July (5pm) – all agencies who responded to be notified of success/non-success of tender response – preferred agencies to be shortlisted for interview (online).
• 22/23 July – shortlisted agencies interviewed by Enterprise Oxfordshire panel.
• 27 July – successful agency and unsuccessful agencies to be notified, followed by an eight-working day ‘standstill period’.
• 6 August – standstill period ends.
• 7 August – contract start date.
