Enterprise Oxfordshire Business: Procurement of new business support programme

Enterprise Oxfordshire Business is pleased to announce the launch of a procurement process to find a supplier to deliver our Growth Hub business support offer to Oxfordshire SMEs.

This support is being funded by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) via Growth Hubs.

This procurement of up to £296,000 (excluding VAT) for a supplier to set up, implement, manage and deliver an outstanding Growth Hub offer for Oxfordshire. This service is anticipated to commence on 1 April 2026 and end on 31 March 2027.

Enterprise Oxfordshire will operate a two-stage assessment and selection process for this procurement.

Tuesday 24 March 2026 – standstill period ends
Wednesday 1 April 2026 – contract and commencement
