Oxfordshire businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs are being encouraged to sign up to a new webinar next week set to reveal how they can access thousands of hours of fully-funded business support through to March next year.

Taking place next Thursday (7 May), the ‘Your 2026/27 Business Support – Find your Pathway to Growth’ webinar will give attendees an inside look at the latest support available, delivered by Enterprise Oxfordshire.

With a strong track record of supporting thousands of businesses and individuals across Oxfordshire, Enterprise Oxfordshire will use the fast paced session to showcase what’s new, what’s working and how businesses at every stage can receive tailored support over the next 12 months.

The webinar will introduce a series of clear ‘Growth Pathways’, designed to help businesses move forward with confidence – whether they are just starting out, focusing on resilience, or preparing to grow.

The session is set to focus on available support, including:

  • Start up support – covering business planning, customers, HR, tax and insurance, alongside ‘start up clubs’ and specialist programmes.
  • Growth and resilience – including ‘business boost’ sessions, economic recovery plans and foundations to growth.
  • Leadership for growth and strategy retreats – enabling business leaders to connect, share challenges and plan their next phase of growth.
  • Innovation and investment readiness – from AI and digital adoption to exporting, access to finance, MedTech initiatives and ‘Meet Your Future Buyers’ events.
  • High streets and social impact – bespoke support for high street businesses, social enterprises, CICs, co operatives and enterprising charities

The webinar is aimed at Oxfordshire based SMEs, as well as sole traders, pre start businesses and early stage ventures.

Established businesses focused on productivity and resilience, those looking to scale-up and organisations with a social or community focus are also targets for this event.

Sarah Beal – Business Support Service Manager at Enterprise Oxfordshire – said: “By the end of the webinar’s session, our attendees will leave with a clear understanding of which growth pathway they are on and what support they can unlock next through Enterprise Oxfordshire.

“Participants will also understand how to plan their next move with confidence, whether that means attracting more clients, strengthening leadership skills, protecting cash flow or making sense of AI and digital tools.

“It’s a must-not-miss session for those focused on running successful businesses in Oxfordshire and we are urging businesses to book now to avoid missing out on some of the most sought after support in the year ahead.”

Enterprise Oxfordshire became the trading name of OxLEP in April last year, marking the completion of a two-year transition that saw local economic development functions move under arrangements agreed by Oxfordshire County Council.

The Council now acts as Enterprise Oxfordshire’s sole shareholder under a Teckal company arrangement.
