Connect to Work team and partners

Ctw Champion

Connect to Work in Oxfordshire is delivered by a highly experienced team of supported employment specialists, working alongside trusted delivery partners with a strong track record of helping people move into sustainable, paid employment.

Together, the partnership brings deep expertise in person‑centred and strengths‑based approaches to employment support. This means individuals receive the right support, at the right time, tailored to their needs, goals and circumstances.

Our delivery partners have extensive experience supporting people who face health‑related, social or structural barriers to work – including those who may have been disengaged from the labour market for some time.

Their work is rooted in what we know works: building trust, progressing at the right pace, and focusing on long‑term job outcomes rather than short‑term fixes.

The Connect to Work team works closely with individuals, employers and local networks across Oxfordshire.

This joined‑up, expert-led approach ensures Connect to Work is practical, compassionate and outcome‑focused, helping more people in Oxfordshire access good work and stay in it.
