Oxfordshire County Council’s Connect to Work Programme is seeking proposals from small, agile and innovative organisations who can provide specialist online support to neurodivergent adults preparing for work, entering employment, or experiencing challenges in their current role.
Our Employment Advisors are skilled in supporting people into sustainable work, but we recognise that many participants – and the employers who recruit them – benefit from additional, specialist, neurodiversity‑informed interventions.
We are therefore inviting organisations to join our flexible pool of approved suppliers through this informal mini‑tender / spot purchase opportunity.
