It supports people with physical or mental health conditions and others facing barriers to employment – helping them find and stay in meaningful work.
Running until March 2030, the programme will support around 2,000 people and is led by Oxfordshire County Council, working with Enterprise Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire Employment and other local partners.

It is part of the government’s ‘Get Britain Working’ plan to reduce economic inactivity and build a more inclusive workforce.
Connect to Work brings together local services around jobs, health and skills – delivered by people who understand the challenges faced by those wanting to work.
